Professional Football Groundsman

I worked as a groundsman at Portsmouth FC, gaining hands-on experience maintaining professional football pitches to a high standard. My work included mowing, irrigation, pitch preparation and matchday preparation, giving me a strong understanding of the detail and consistency required to produce quality playing surfaces.

Greenkeeper

I worked as a greenkeeper at Waterlooville Golf Club, caring for an 18-hole course, before moving to Meon Valley Golf Club, where I worked across 27 holes. This gave me experience in maintaining different areas of the course, preparing for competitions and understanding how turf responds to seasonal conditions.
